For studio work I use my Pearl accoustic kit where possible. If that's not possible I use a Roland electronic kit.

ONLINE SESSION DRUMMING:
This seems to be a popular way to get a drummer these days!
I prefer to work with real people in the same room so you can feel the vibe of the song but online session work can work equally well providing there is some careful communication beforehand.
I like to speak with my client either by email or phone to get a feel of what's required but, put simply here's how it works..
Email me your track without drums.
I'll play over it using a Roland electronic kit (loads of different sounds to compliment your music).
I'll email you back with two files. A wav file (or whatever you prefer) just of the drums for you to mix and a file of my drums already mixed with your original file.
Hopefully you'll be happy with it but if not we simply have a chat and email it back and forth until it's what you're after.
When you're happy, you pay me (via PayPal).
My usual rates for this range from £70 - £130 per track (3 - 4 min track / additional cost incurred for removal of my name from credits) but please note that this is negotiable if your budget is small.
