2011 has been a great year. I've enjoyed meeting such a lot of people through my drumming whether it's been teaching or session work. I've enjoyed every single moment!
I'm taking a few weeks off over the festive period to catch up with friends and family. I feel fortunate to be able to do this. It's a stark comparison to what I used to tolerate when I did a 'real job'.
Plans next year are to continue teaching, expand my CV further and, just for fun, play some more Big Band stuff.
There's a few other things in the pipeline but I'll keep you posted as and when.
I'll be back in the new year.
