Can I just set the record straight by saying that I am NOT a Take That fan!
This is down to a lot of mickey taking from my so called friends (you know who you are!). But my reputation is as stake here.
The story behind this is that a while ago I was spotted chatting with Robbie Williams and have since stated that I thought he was a decent bloke and he's done a few good songs.Therefore making me a Take That fan...
The truth of the matter is that I don't hang out with superstars (although that bit of the story does make me sound cool) I just happened to be in the right place at the right time and bumped into Robbie Williams and managed to blurt out something like "Alright mate". We then had a brief chat and went our separate ways. I thought at the time, and now, that he was a decent normal bloke. I admit to liking his 'Let me entertain you' track but that was his solo career and not with Take That.
So there you go - the truth!
As a footnote to this - Mr Williams, if you need a good drummer I suppose I might be able to help you out...
